Bachelor of Science (BS) Business Management/Marketing, Moorhead State University, Moorhead, Minnesota
Background and Experience:
Owner and operator of two Stride Rite Children's retail shoe stores located in Grand Forks, ND and Fargo, ND. Responsibilities included the day to day operations of sales, inventory control, purchasing, customer service and all the other functions of a retail business. Ten years experience managing grain elevators, fertilizer plants, feed mills and seed conditioning plants. Experience included five years as merchandiser and office manager and five years experience as general manager of a multiple station multifunction operation. Appraisal experience has been with Crown Appraisals, Inc. and Border Appraisals.
For the past four years employed as fee appraiser with Aaland Appraisals. Commercial appraisals have included bare land including commercial, industrial, small income producing properties. Residential appraisals include single and multifamily dwellings. |
